Pigeon Espresso Bar is an espresso bar build-out at Brookfield Place, in Toronto's Financial District, one of the brand's two locations PT delivered for the same owner. It ran as a turn-key project and stayed inside a modest budget, a casual, welcoming space that didn't need an expensive build.
