The Client

KOTN found PT through the PT signs posted across downtown Toronto. The brand was planning its Toronto flagship, and with retail, speed is the key: PT was hired in early October, and the brand wanted the store open before December 1. It was the first store PT built for KOTN.

The Build

KOTN's flagship is a retail fit-out at 148 Ossington Avenue, built against the calendar. The early-October start and the December 1 target left six weeks of construction time for the 3,500 square foot store. PT began work and delivered the finished flagship by the end of November 2023, ahead of the brand's December 1 target.

The flagship was only the start. The KOTN team was impressed enough with the work to retain PT for the brand's Montreal location — a 1,000 square foot store at 2451 Notre-Dame West, delivered in February 2024. The relationship grew from there: after Montreal, KOTN asked PT to build its Yorkdale mall store, which PT finished in a week in July 2025. Three stores for one brand, starting with the Ossington flagship.
