Emily Craig and Peter Wearing reached out to PT General Contractor through a Google form: they wanted to build a wine bar. They came with AI images of the bar they wanted, and PT helped them realize that vision with design.

The Build

The Wine Thief is a 1,200 square foot wine bar build-out on Bloor Street West in Toronto, delivered by PT General Contractor. PT was given a month to finish the job and delivered it, starting from demolition and carrying the space through to completion. Construction, electrical, plumbing and millwork were all part of the work. The wine bar at 840 Bloor Street West was completed in July 2026.
